Deep Release

A non-flow class focused on longer holds with a heavy emphasis on hamstrings, shoulders and low back/hips. Ideal to help elongate muscles and repair connective tissue, but in traditional yoga style with a meditative opening and ending in shavasana. Includes Yin yoga and deep stretch. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Gentle Yoga

A gentle practice to increase flexibility and decrease stress. Includes breath work, joint opening, basic standing and seated poses, and relaxation ending in shavasana.  All levels welcome, no experience required.

Gentle Restore

A gentle practice to increase flexibility and decrease stress. Includes breath work, joint opening, basic standing and seated poses. Ends in restorative poses and a longer shavasana.  All levels welcome, no experience required.

Gentle Step-Up

A gentle practice to increase flexibility and decrease stress. Includes breath work, joint opening, basic standing and seated poses, and relaxation ending in shavasana.  All levels welcome, no experience required. This class offers step-up options for additional challenges in some poses.

Guided Meditation

Take 45-minutes for yourself for deep relaxation. Students can lie comfortably in any position. Various guided meditation methods will be used to deepen relaxation including iRest Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, focused, mantra, loving-kindness, and a few moments of silence. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Nia

Nia is a gentle cardio-dance movement practice and lifestyle based on the intelligent design of the body. Each class brings mindfulness to your movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Classes combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Nia appropriate for all levels, practiced barefoot, is non-impact, and is adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Slow Flow

This class is suitable for all levels of students who are comfortable moving slowly from floor to standing postures repeatedly, aligning with the breath. It includes standing and seated poses, meditation, and relaxation, ending in shavasana.

Strength & Balance

Begin with breath work and gentle movement to energize and open the body. Students will connect and hold traditional Hatha poses in a mindful sequence to gain strength and balance. Modifications will be offered making it accessible for all levels.

Yoga/Pilates

This class combines the benefits of yoga with the muscle sculpting benefits of Pilates, all designed to build greater flexibility, toning and strength. The first 40 minutes will consist of the yoga/pilates format, with 10 minutes reserved for deep stretch, ending in shavasana. All levels welcome, no experience required.
