Special Events

Many of our events have a minimum capacity to hold the event. If you have registered and we have not met the minimum, you will be notified 48 hours prior to the event and provided with a full refund or notified of the reschedule date.

Cancellations by participants will include the deduction of the credit card processing fee of 7%.
